Tips for Zodiac Sweet DreamsIf you find yourself walking in your sleep or tossing and turning all night long it might have something to do with your star sign. Following on from yesterday's post about how your star sign can affect your sleep, here is an insight into how the second half of the zodiac can get a good night's sleep:
Libra
You are sensitive to your environment, and your state of mind can easily be influenced by your surroundings. That said, it has been shown that Libra's sleep better than most other star signs, enjoying a full night of deep, peaceful sleep. If this is you, then make the most of your bedroom, since you spend so much quality time there! If you aren't having perfect Libra sleep, then try paying a bit more attention to the decor of your sleeping area. Creating a harmonious, beautiful space will help you to feel comfortable and relaxed.
Scorpio
You might find that insomnia is a recurring problem for you, since it can be hard to switch off that over-active brain. Clear your mind before you go to bed by writing down your To Do list for the next day and making any notes of things that are bothering you. Once on paper, it will be easier to stop these thoughts from jumping into your mind just as you are about to doze off. Reading a book or doing a puzzle will also help to take your mind off any worries in your life and ease you into sleep.
Sagittarius
The problem with Sagittarians is that you just don't want to stop! You might often find yourself socializing, whether it is out with friends, chatting online, or on the phone, and can't tear yourself away until the early hours of the morning. Make your bedroom a zen-like space with a minimalist design so that you can disconnect from your busy life and float off to meet new people in your dreams.
Capricorn
As an earth sign you need to feel grounded, in order to feel calm. Solid, wood furniture is great; cheap plastic MDF is bad. Indulge your sense with some incense or candles to create a peaceful and sensual environment that will encourage restful sleep.
Aquarius
You need to still your mind and get yourself into the right frame of mind for relaxing sleep. Meditation can be a great way to feel calm and in control before going to bed. Plants or a small indoor water feature are great ways to create the right kind ofserene feeling in your bedroom.
Pisces
Pisceans often feel most relaxed when near water or nature. Incorporate blue and green tones in your bedroom decor, and indulge in your love of the arts by hanging creative prints in pastel shades. Relaxing music or even whale sounds will put your creative mind to rest and ensure that you have sweet dreams. If you suffer from insomnia caused by too many new ideas swirling in your head, then try reading a book to focus your mind before you go to bed.
